PC樁和PTC樁一般(ban)選用常壓(ya)蒸汽養(yang)(yang)護(hu),一般(ban)要通過28天才干施(shi)打。而(er)PHC樁,脫模后進入高壓(ya)釜蒸養(yang)(yang),經10個大氣壓(ya)、180度左右的蒸壓(ya)養(yang)(yang)護(hu),混凝土(tu)強(qiang)度等(deng)級達C80從成型(xing)到使用的Z短時(shi)刻只需(xu)一兩天。

樁的植入(ru)技(ji)術——靜鉆根植工法 吸(xi)納(na)了(le)當(dang)下各樁型的優點,在實踐(jian)當(dang)中的各項指標(biao)均優于(yu)鉆孔灌注樁,值(zhi)得推廣應用。

 1、復合(he)地(di)基(ji)(ji)的(de)形成條件(jian) 復合(he)地(di)基(ji)(ji)因其能較好(hao)地(di)發揮(hui)增強體(ti)和天然地(di)基(ji)(ji)土體(ti)的(de)承載潛能而具有較好(hao)的(de)經濟性(xing)與實用(yong)性(xing)。復合(he)地(di)基(ji)(ji)已經在我國各地(di)工程(cheng)中得到了廣泛的(de)應用(yong),產生了良好(hao)的(de)社會效益和經濟效益。 樁體(ti)復合(he)地(di)基(ji)(ji)的(de)本質是樁和樁間土共同直接承擔荷(he)載。如果在荷(he)載作用(yong)下(xia),樁體(ti)(ti)(ti)與地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)土(tu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)共(gong)同直(zhi)接承擔上部(bu)(bu)結(jie)(jie)構傳(chuan)來的(de)(de)荷(he)(he)載(zai)(zai),或者在(zai)荷(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)作用(yong)下(xia),地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)土(tu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)與樁體(ti)(ti)(ti)共(gong)同直(zhi)接承擔上部(bu)(bu)結(jie)(jie)構傳(chuan)來的(de)(de)荷(he)(he)載(zai)(zai),此時地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)樁體(ti)(ti)(ti)與地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)土(tu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)形(xing)成復(fu)(fu)合(he)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)。 在(zai)實際工(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)增(zeng)強(qiang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和樁間(jian)土(tu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)滿足(zu)形(xing)成復(fu)(fu)合(he)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)條件,而以復(fu)(fu)合(he)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)理念進行(xing)設計(ji)是不(bu)(bu)(bu)安全(quan)的(de)(de)。將不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)直(zhi)接承擔荷(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)樁間(jian)土(tu)承載(zai)(zai)力(li)計(ji)算在(zai)內(nei),高估了(le)承載(zai)(zai)能(neng)(neng)力(li),降低了(le)安全(quan)度,可能(neng)(neng)造成工(gong)(gong)程事故,應引起設計(ji)人(ren)員的(de)(de)充分重(zhong)視。

4、樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)入技術(shu) 以往(wang),預制樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)一般采(cai)用(yong)(yong)錘(chui)擊(ji)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)或(huo)靜(jing)壓法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)在(zai)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)錘(chui)擊(ji)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)或(huo)靜(jing)壓法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)在(zai)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),因存在(zai)擠土(tu)效應(ying),對環(huan)境(jing)(jing)影(ying)(ying)響大(da)(da),而且(qie)錘(chui)擊(ji)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)噪聲大(da)(da),不適宜在(zai)城市(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)錘(chui)擊(ji)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)或(huo)靜(jing)壓法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)設置(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)還會遇到復雜(za)地(di)(di)層(ceng)難以穿(chuan)透的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔灌注法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)在(zai)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),泥漿(jiang)(jiang)排放(fang)對環(huan)境(jing)(jing)影(ying)(ying)響大(da)(da),而且(qie)有時(shi)施工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)難以保(bao)證(zheng)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)植(zhi)(zhi)入法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)在(zai)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)可以解決(jue)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)錘(chui)擊(ji)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)和靜(jing)壓法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)在(zai)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)可能(neng)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)影(ying)(ying)響問(wen)題(ti),也可以解決(jue)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔灌注法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)在(zai)地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設置(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)可能(neng)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)施工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)難以保(bao)證(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti)。近年來,我國引進、發(fa)展(zhan)了多種樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)入技術(shu)。 靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)具有經濟環(huan)保(bao)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)點。靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)周(zhou)水泥土(tu)應(ying)力較小,作為傳遞(di)荷載的(de)(de)(de)過渡層(ceng),能(neng)顯著改善樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)土(tu)界面的(de)(de)(de)摩(mo)擦性(xing)(xing)質(zhi),使(shi)其樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)側摩(mo)阻力能(neng)達(da)到灌注樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)1.05~1.20倍。同時(shi),樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)端水泥土(tu)擴(kuo)大(da)(da)頭的(de)(de)(de)存在(zai),能(neng)夠(gou)較大(da)(da)幅度提高樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)端承(cheng)載性(xing)(xing)能(neng)。因此,相比(bi)于鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔灌注樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)承(cheng)載性(xing)(xing)能(neng)更好,在(zai)同等性(xing)(xing)能(neng)下,靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)造(zao)價低于鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔灌注樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)。因為不需(xu)要或(huo)者僅需(xu)要少(shao)量(liang)(liang)泥漿(jiang)(jiang)護壁,靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)施工(gong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)泥漿(jiang)(jiang)排放(fang)量(liang)(liang)大(da)(da)幅減(jian)少(shao)。同時(shi)靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)能(neng)減(jian)少(shao)混凝土(tu)用(yong)(yong)量(liang)(liang)和施工(gong)用(yong)(yong)水量(liang)(liang)。靜(jing)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)根植(zhi)(zhi)竹(zhu)節樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)指(zhi)標均優(you)于鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔灌注樁(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),值(zhi)得推廣應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。
